What one round means
One round is one consolidated set of feedback, from your named approver, against one version we sent you. Feedback that arrives after we have started that round becomes the next one. Each round carries a 24 hour turnaround rather than a same day one. Delivery times count from whichever happens later, the brief locked or the payment cleared.

Two rounds of changes are included in every standard scope. Extra rounds are priced before any more work happens. If you need something inside three business days there is a rush fee, and we will tell you what it is before you commit.
Prices in AED. We invoice in AED or INR, and your quote shows the INR figure at the rate on the day.

If you need design regularly
Agencies, project managers and repeat buyers can move onto prepaid blocks of three, six or twelve projects after the first job. Each project keeps its own brief, its own approver and its own two rounds. We share the pricing after the first project has gone well, because we would rather you buy one and see whether you like working with us.
Buy the content book and commit to three months of monthly social at the same time and we credit half the book fee. Commit to six months and we credit all of it.
What sixteen means
Sixteen core content units a month. A core piece is one idea, designed once at master size, 1080 x 1350. Each core piece is then adapted to the formats your active platforms need, up to four variations per piece, 1:1, 9:16 and 16:9, with captions written for each platform. It does not mean sixteen independently created posts per platform. Sixteen is the production ceiling, not the posting ceiling: you can post the same unit on more than one platform. Standard platforms are Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, with X on request, and the platform set is written into your scope before the retainer starts. Motion, reels and animation are not included in the monthly fee and are quoted separately.

07 / How we work
One person ownsyour job.
Every project has one owner on our side, one agreed scope, one named approver on yours, two rounds of changes and a written delivery date. You always know what is being made, who is making it, and what happens next.
If we get something wrong against the brief, fixing it is a correction, not one of your rounds, and it costs you nothing.
Built to work quietly behind agencies
SCNIQ can work entirely under your name. We do not approach your client, we do not publish the work, and we do not use your agency's name without written permission. We will sign your NDA or ours before the first brief.
White label carries 25 percent on top of the same scope openly credited, because work we cannot show is work that cannot win the next job. If you are happy for the work to be shown publicly after delivery, you keep the 25 percent. Conflicts are handled case by case, on the facts of the brief. Exclusivity in a category is available on a three year signed commitment with a break fee.
What you get, and in what format
Static images at 1080 pixels wide as JPG or PNG, at the ratios your platforms use: 1080 x 1350, 1080 x 1080, 1080 x 1920 and 1920 x 1080. Motion as MP4, H.264, sRGB. Presentation slides at 1920 x 1080.
Print, hoardings, large LED and screen content, vector artwork and anything above the delivered resolution are separately quoted work. A 1080 pixel file is about three and a half inches at print resolution, so that job is built at the right size from the start rather than stretched.
Source files, likeness and passwords
No open or editable source files as standard. What you get is the flattened export. Rebuilding it as an editable or vector file is a new production job rather than a file conversion, and where source files can be released at all they are quoted separately.
Where you supply a model or name a person, the output reaches roughly eighty to eighty-five percent likeness and no further. We would rather tell you now than at delivery.
We do not hold your account passwords. We publish on your written approval, which leaves a record of exactly what was approved and by whom.
